Rowing South Africa has a vacancy for an Administrator. We are looking for a person with initiative, strong quality orientation and a sense of urgency. The applicant must have past experience in bookkeeping or financial acumen. Computer literacy, good writing and communication skills are required and knowledge of the sport of Rowing will be an advantage.
The successful candidate will report to the RowSA Executive Committee and will be based at the RowSA office in Parkwood.

2. Regatta Administration
3. Data Base Administration
4. Communication with constituency
Responsibilities:
· Manage the whole bookkeeping function for Row SA to trial balance and to balance sheet.
· Prepare RowSA Accounts control documents, obtain sign off and capture payments in On-line banking system.
· Track incoming and outstanding invoices (monies or fees due) and follow up on outstanding amounts.
· Assist with the administration and the registration of Rowers and maintain the member data base.
· Manage the security access on the member data base.
